Attorney Leonard relocated to Connecticut from New York to attend law school and has made Branford his home. He completed his undergraduate work at Queens College of the City University of New York and then chose Quinnipiac University School of Law for his Juris Doctor degree.
Attorney Leonard is a member of the American, Connecticut, and New Haven County Bar Associations. He utilizes the most comprehensive research tools to stay current with legal developments.
Attorney Leonard serves as vice-chair of the School Board of St. Mary Parish (Branford) and is a Commissioner of Branford’s Housing Authority. He is also a member of Branford’s Board of Assessment Appeals, serving a four year term. He represented the 4th. District in Branford’s Representative Town Meeting (RTM) during the 2008-09 term. He is a frequent volunteer at the monthly Ask-a-Lawyer sessions at Branford’s Blackstone Library. Check the schedule and stop by.
